Privacy

Collect only what we need. Protect what people trust us with.

AI for the Blind programs can involve disability, residency, veteran, or program-eligibility information. That deserves careful handling.

Website privacy principles

The public website should collect the minimum information needed to answer a question or route someone to the correct program. Sensitive eligibility documents should not be submitted through ordinary email, social media, or a basic contact form.

Program applications

STAP, iCanConnect, veteran programs, and partner programs may have their own privacy notices, secure processes, record-retention rules, and official application instructions. Those program-specific rules control when you apply.

Analytics

This static build does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party cookies. If analytics are added later, choose a privacy-respecting setup and update this notice.

Public nonprofit documents

Documents published for transparency may have personal street addresses or other unnecessary personal details redacted before posting.
